The Wanderer's Notebook is a collection of interconnected short stories blending scifi, fantasy, and horror elements.  

Age 16 and up.  Simply put, there are monsters, and monsters tend to eat people.  

The connections between the stories range from the obvious to the hidden.  Some stories directly follow one another to form a longer story, others merely share creatures or worlds, and some have hidden connections that will be revealed over time.

Journey Beyond in Volume I is followed by Journey Beyond II in Volume II.  Desert Flames directly follows Homeland in Volume II.  

The sprites appear in both The Sorrowful Sprite and Henry and Adelaide in Volume I. 

There is a character that appears in two stories in Volume I who is named in one story, but only described in another.  

I wanted to create an expansive history and universe that blended all of my favorite types of stories, but I didn't want to wait between writing a fantasy story before I wrote a scifi story, etc. My solution was interconnected short stories that wove together over several volumes, thus allowing me to write multiple "novels" all at once.
